We may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics and advertising) that comply with GDPR. These partners only access data necessary for their services.

Speech Recognition (OpenAI Whisper)

We use OpenAI’s Whisper technology to transcribe audio that you explicitly choose to record or upload in the app.

• Purpose: transcribe your voice notes and enable features like search, analysis, and summaries.
• Processor: OpenAI acts as our data processor for transcription. We share only the audio you submit and limited technical metadata needed to perform the service.
• Legal basis: your consent (where required) and/or contract necessity to provide the requested feature. You can disable transcription in settings; if disabled, audio is not sent to OpenAI.
• Data retention: we keep transcripts and related data only as long as needed for the features you use. Where available, we configure OpenAI to not use submitted data for model training and to minimize retention.
• International transfers: your audio may be processed on servers outside your country (including the United States). We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Your responsibility: you must ensure you have the right to record and upload the voices of others and comply with applicable laws (e.g., one‑party vs. two‑party consent). Do not upload content you are not permitted to share. See our Terms of Use for details.
• Security: audio is transmitted over TLS and stored using industry‑standard protections by us and our processors.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, or object to processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
